Terms of Use
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms
These terms govern your use of szylla.ai and the material published on it, including the deck. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The pages here describe what Szylla does. They are published for information. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment or compliance advice, and nothing on it is an offer to contract or a representation that any particular result can be achieved. Work we carry out for a client is governed by the engagement agreement signed with that client, which prevails over anything written here.
Findings and figures
Examples, figures and scenarios shown on the site are illustrative. Turnaround times, costs and coverage depend on the subject, the jurisdiction and the scope agreed, and are confirmed in the engagement, not here.
Material shared by link
Some material, including the deck, is shared by link rather than published openly. If a link was sent to you, it was sent for you. Please do not forward it, post it or republish its contents without asking us first.
Ownership
The text, design, marks and code of this site belong to Szylla or to those who licensed them to us, except the photographs, which are public domain images from the U.S. National Archives, the Library of Congress and the State Library of New South Wales. You may read, print and quote short passages with attribution; you may not copy the site wholesale or reuse it commercially.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We take care that it is accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it does with your data or what it publishes.
Law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
